Video Production Price Schedule
Our videos are produced on quality DVD media for optimal results. Video products can also be supplied on VHS tape or VCD disks, though these alternative media produce results that are slightly lower in quality than DVD.
Our deluxe DVD video products include photo enhancements where needed, beginning and ending title slides, customized transitions between photos and video segments, and appropriate background music.
There is a setup fee of $15.00 for your project.
Price Schedule
Your completed project comes in a quality DVD case with a professionally designed cover. Additional DVD copies: $7.50 each (quantity discounts available). VHS copies: $5.00 each; VCD copies: $5.00 each
Photos (up to 8x10):
$1.25 each ($1.00 each for digital pictures*)
Customer request to sort photos:
$15.00 per 100 photos
Video clips extracted from VHS, DVD or mini-DV digital tape:
$3.75 per clip
Movie clips captured from Super 8 film:
$7.50 per reel
Additional titles or photo captions:
$1.25 each
Sound tracks, special effects or customer supplied voice-over tapes, extracted and inserted in video:
$3.50 per audio clip
Special requested music sound track:
$10.00 setup fee. Customer supplied music is welcomed. If PGR Video Tributes must purchase specific music due to customer’s request, the purchased music will be provided to the customer at cost.
Special effects:
Object removal and photo touch up, or object transfer to different background. Please inquire for estimate.
Videography by PGR Video Tributes (for example, filming of events, interview, etc.):

Rush Service Fees
(Our standard minimum production time is 7 days from receipt of all materials):

Funeral / Viewing Service:
Due to the nature of these events and the need for quick delivery, we will waive the customary Rush Service Fee. PGR Video Tributes will provide 1 – 2 day service from receipt of all materials.
* Customer supplied digital photos should be a minimum of 640x480 and preferably not compressed. If performing your own scans, a setting of 200-300 dpi should provide sufficient detail for close-up work. Photo file format should be JPG, TIF or BMP.
NOTE: Changes to your project: Customer requests for changes to the project during the pre-production (draft) stage are welcomed. Once finishing production work has begun, we reserve the right to assess a $25.00 charge for changes to the project unless PGR Video Tributes is responsible for errors to the project.
